I thought the concept that you have is fantastic and I know that all ‘my ladies’ absolutely thought it was first class and very interesting. I actually took my daughter (16) yesterday to some of the places, Koko Black and the beautiful paper shop for Easter pressies.  She still thinks I am mad as I made her stand across the road and look up at the building.  She was impressed that I knew where the graffiti wall was. Doh, doesn’t everyone. - Robyn - March 2007 of Melbourne

Just a short note to thank you so much for such a great tour last week.  My sisters and I thought it was fantastic and I've hyped my husband up to come with me and explore parts of Melbourne he's never seen (shame on him!). Thanks also for recommending Tarrawarra in the Yarra Valley.  We went there last week...just saw the sign as we were driving by.  Loved it and will certainly go back again. Thought I would write and thank you for the tour on Saturday. We really enjoyed it and learnt heaps about lanes and arcades to explore in the future. It was exactly what I hoped it would be, so keep up the good work! Margaret - Feb 2006 of Melbourne

Hi Fiona! My daughter found a spectacular dress in Karen Millen which looks a million dollars. We're thrilled and were so pleased we consulted you first. We were able to focus only on the shops you marked and cut out a great deal of fruitless footwork. We covered every single shop you mentioned and had a great deal of fun in the process, all thanks to your expertise.Such a lovely and helpful service. Many thanks indeed. Dear Fiona, Thank you so much for a wonderful introduction to the real hidden delights of Melbourne. Last year I visited Melbourne many times and always had the feeling that I had not cracked it, that there was much more to your city but alas I did not find the delights until last Saturday. Could you please include me on your email update list. Regards Rowena - August 2005, of Sydney

Hi Fiona, I've realised that I didn't even write to you to say thanks for the wonderful tour you took me on in August. It really opened my eyes to Melbourne's delights. I am such a shopaholic and really appreciate beautiful unusual things. Your tour was one beautiful unusual thing after another... so, thank you! I really had a great time. I arrived in Melbourne with 8kg of luggage and left with.... 35kg!!!! – Marta - September 2004, from the UK

Hi Fiona, Just a quick note to say thanks for the tour last Saturday. Your passion and enthusiasm for our city are infectious. Penne and I toured back over some of the shops and you were spot on about the pants in "Body". I couldn't resist a pair. Also, I found my Mum's perfume in "Paint and Powder" which is pretty impressive as it isn't anywhere else. My Mum was so pleased she wants to buy another bottle.I am hoping to get back to the city a.s.a.p. Thanks again and good luck with the sensational ideas for your tours. Regards, Ann. – October 2004 from Melbourne

Hi Fiona!..... Just wanted to say that NOT ONLY am I using your cool bag that you amazingly gave away with the goodies BUT ALSO! Chris & I went to M.O.O. Fiona , thank you very much for the tour on 13 July. my mum and i really enjoyed it. your style and professionalism was extraordinary. i have not stopped raving about the tour to friends and colleagues. mum particularly enjoyed the tour, as she is also a dressmaker and enjoyed your insights and particularly the trip to the button maker as this was her first job when she commenced her apprenticeship in the late 1950's. we revisited many of the shops that you took us too and used the cards to find more! thanks again and all the best for the future. – Andrea - July 2005 from Queensland
