Scheduled tour bookings are not confirmed until payment is received ( by Hidden Secrets or accredited Travel Agent*)

In any event, Hidden Secrets strongly advises you to take out travel insurance... its well worth the piece of mind.

If confirmed bookings are cancelled the following fees apply

• More than 7 days in advance - 10% of original fee.
• 2-7 days in advance - 50% of tour cost
• within 48 hours of     commencement - refunds will not be available

** If changes are made more than 7 days prior to original booking there is no charge.. all changes are subject to availability. If changes are made within the seven days, this may be considered as a cancellation - and cancellation fees charged accordingly.

If Hidden Secrets Tours is forced to cancel a booked tour, any prior payments will be fully refunded.

Hidden Secrets Tours operate in all weather, though reserves the right to allter or ammend an itinerary if circumstances require.
